When you submit a booking request, we collect only the information needed to organise the session: first or last name, contact details, service location (address or hotel), preferred time slot and chosen treatment.

Anonymised technical data (pages viewed, form interactions) may be collected to improve the service. It cannot be used to identify you personally.

Your data is used exclusively to process your request, organise the session with the practitioner, and contact you about it. It is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Retention period

Data related to a request is kept for as long as needed to process it, then archived or deleted in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data.
